Her expertise spans the lifecycle of corporate evolution, from Target Operating Model design to post-merger integration. She ensures finance acts as the anchor for enterprise alignment, protecting value and restoring clarity during periods of significant structural disruption.
Bridging the divide between strategy and execution, Nurtan delivers a sophisticated blend of process excellence and digital innovation. she applies the ESSA method to drive disciplined delivery, achieving over 40% cost reduction and up to 90% efficiency gains in rule-based processes. By integrating digital such as SAP S/4HANA and RPA, she ensures technical precision is reinforced by the rigorous governance and performance frameworks required to sustain long-term results.

Having operated at the highest levels of industry, she is intimately familiar with the structural challenges organisations face and possesses the proven capability to overcome them.
Cynthia has extensive experience leading global projects and complex transformation initiatives. She possesses a sophisticated understanding of the grain trading business, which affords her a comprehensive perspective on the risk and control aspects of the sector.
